Had to try it as it was recommended by Stanley Tucci...the food was great... portions were huge... service was friendly but not quick...had to wait for 20 mins until seated but it was worth it...has an authentic Italian vibe Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give it 10, I would. Historical and quintessential East End London cafe, serving a host of traditional breakfast items and classic, authentic Italian dishes, straight from the busy kitchen. I’ve been a couple of times before, but I took my wife along for the first time to celebrate my birthday, as I/we no longer live in East London/Essex, coming here is a real treat. We opted for ‘The Lot’ and Classic breakfast, which consists of Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Black Pudding, Hash Brown etc. Also, we tried the Chicken Escalope along with 2 Espresso Martinis. Everything was incredible. We really savoured every bite. Not only that, but Nevio and family sung me a Happy Birthday and really got chatting to us, which was lovely of them and really felt the love. Be warned, there is a huge queue on Saturdays - we waited patiently for 90mins. It is worth it and come with time.
